This is an experienced proposal development and writing position as a member of the Sales Operations staff. Ability to work with subject matter experts and leadership to develop non-technical sections of the proposal content including past performance, staffing, resumes, and executive summary. This position coordinates marketing opportunities for the corporation and will assist in market research, presentations, and the development of marketing collateral. Will also create, update, and contribute to marketing library. May work with market and sales analytics to identify trends within the market or within MGT's practice areas. This position is based remotely but will work as a team with members nation-wide.

- Create Sales Analytics of the following: Client Acquisition to Measure Growth; Client Retention to measure satisfaction and value

- Measure Lead Generation against proposal conversion, by practice (what % of leads turn into proposals)

- Measure Quality of Proposals against win conversion, by practice (what % of proposals turn into wins)

- Enter proposals/bids into Project Management and convert them to new projects/wins, when necessary 


-Bachelor's degree or education and training equivalent to four years of college education in marketing, English, communications, business, journalism, public relations, or a related field

-Experience will be considered in lieu of degree

-Requires four years of work related experience - RFPs a must

-Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Experience with public sector procurement processes

-Experience preparing proposals in response to public procurement

-Experience with business intelligence analytics


-Experience with MavenLink Software

-Experience with Onvia/DemandStar

-Experience with SmartSheet
