JOB SUMMARY

MGT Consulting is seeking a Talent Performance Driver to join our firm that shares our passion for the public-sector consulting space. This is an exciting position being part a dynamic, fast-growing company.

The Talent Performance Driver will be responsible for collaborating with Practice Leaders organization-wide to assist in staffing client engagements.  This role serves to balance the needs of staff and clients for the purpose of maximizing utilization and the experience of the staff.  This position has direct responsibility for full range of career development and staffing activities for consultants across U.S. offices.

Position may be based remotely OR in Tampa, Florida.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Deliver a system of effective performance management which links individual performance to organizational outcomes, values and core competencies supporting a performance-based culture
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners ensuring they share key information relevant to staffing decisions, inquiry status, skills needed, team structure, etc.
  • Execute a culture framework aimed at managing business results including employee engagement
  • Monitor consultant development and provide counsel on appropriate assignments, skill development, career progression and other topics as they arise
  • Identify talent development opportunities to support professional and personal growth via internal projects and client engagements
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners ensuring they share key information relevant to staffing decisions, inquiry status, skills needed, team structure, etc.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to determine upcoming workforce needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master of Science in the areas of human resources or related field
  • Experience working in the management consulting industry
